Bus and Shuttle Parking
Bus and Shuttle parking is offered on a first come, first served basis. Access is granted from the entrance of Autumn Street & St. John Street ONLY.
From Northbound HWY 87- Exit Julian. Turn LEFT towards SAP Center. Turn LEFT on Autumn Street.
From Southbound HWY 87- Exit Julian. Turn RIGHT towards SAP Center. Turn LEFT on Autumn Street.
Proceed to Autumn & St. John and a parking attendant will open the entrance to assist with drop-off and parking. The parking rate for one (1) bus or shuttle is $50 (Cash Only).
**Please note that buses and shuttles are required to purchase two (2) ABC PARKING passes in order to park on Autumn Street.
RV and Limo Parking
RVs and limos may park in SAP Center at San Jose parking lots for events, paying for the number of spaces used based on the per space rate for the event. There is no overnight parking in SAP Center parking lots

Both Daily and Monthly parking can ONLY be purchased at SAP Center Lot D or Lot ABC. *Credit only
SAP Center offers both daily and monthly parking for Caltrain riders, commuters and local businesses. We recommend first time Monthly Parkers contact the SAP Center Parking Manager at 408-999-5908 to review parking guidelines and additional information.
Parking at SAP Center:
- SAP Center Lot “D”, located on the corner of Santa Clara and Montgomery streets, offers 200 spaces for daily and monthly parkers.
- SAP Center Lot “ABC”, located on Santa Clara Street between Montgomery and Cahill streets, offers 1,500 spaces.
Rules and Restrictions:
- Daily and monthly passes are valid at SAP Center until 6:30p.m. on EVENT days and midnight on NON-EVENT days, Monday – Friday.
- On EVENT days, vehicles must exit by 6:30pm. Vehicles parked after 6:30pm will be subject to paying the event rate, typically $25.
- Please view the SAP Center Event Calendar for a list of upcoming events. Check out the SAP Center Event Calendar. You can also pickup a hard copy of the 3-month calendar from the Parking attendant.
- Overnight, event and weekend parking are prohibited.
- Caltrain monthly parking permits are NOT valid in SAP Center lots. For more information, call SAP Center Parking at 408.999.5908.
Non-Event Day - Visitor/Team Store Parking
TEAM STORE Parking – Guests visiting the Team Store located on Santa Clara street are welcome to park in Lot A for up to one hour at no cost on non-event/game days. During all EVENT/GAME days, guests must purchase parking to park in SAP Center Lots. Lot A’s entrance is at the corner of Santa Clara and Cahill Streets.
VISITOR Parking – Guests of Sharks Sports & Entertainment are welcome to park in Lot A during non-event hours at no-cost. Please ensure your Sharks Sports & Entertainment Representative has contacted the parking department, so we may anticipate your arrival. Guests may then exit Lot A at the Corner of Santa Clara and South Montgomery Streets and approach SAP Center’s South Entrance at the corner of Santa Clara and Autumn Streets. Please enter and check-in with the security greeter anytime between 8:30am – 5:30pm.
